than ever, which is saying a lot if you've ever used a Huawei
phone before.
Now, just a few weeks before the
phone's first official appearance, leaked GFXBench test results, also making their way to the Internet via Weibo, reveal the
Mate 8's partial specs, showing a smartphone that could be just as powerful or even more
than the very popular Nexus 6P.
Android Oreo powers the
Mate 10 out of the box and keeping it alive is a massive 4000mAh battery unit, bigger
than many flagship
phones out there.
It has a 5.7 - inch display, so it's a little smaller
than the Huawei
Mate 8, but it comes with a 2K display instead of the 1080p option on Huawei's
phone.
In the hand, the
Mate 10 Pro, in particular, feels more substantial
than the extremely lightweight LG V30, and is about on par with the added heft of the metal - bodied Google Pixel 2 — though Google's
phone, with its dual speakers, is taller.
As a result, the
Mate 10 Pro feels a bit less premium
than it should, considering the price this
phone will likely command.

phone that costs more
than $ 500, but what if you're looking to spend significantly less
than that on a new device?
Unlocking the
Mate 8 is a matter of milliseconds in recognition time, and it takes you longer to pick your hand up and place it on the scanner
than it does for the
phone to recognize your fingerprint and unlock itself.
If you want a
phone with a screen larger
than 5.5 - inches, the
Mate 9 is a great option especially at its now - discounted price.
