blog by reading the NYT article and was impressed
with the
photo of your perfect better - than - store - bought - looking challah.
When I first started this
blog in 2010, I posted a recipe for chocolate - chip and double chocolate meringues,
with a really ugly
photo, before I learned that you never, ever want to use a flash for food photography.
And since I started to
blog about food, my interest towards plates, cups, cutlery and whatever that's pretty and can be fit into a
photo with food has gotten onto a whole new level.
Thing is, these were buried in a very old
blog post
with a very horrible
photo.
I could easily make an inexpensive one myself, but my hopes are to have a beautifully printed book
with photos, and until I know exactly how to go about getting one published, I'm going to stick
with the
blog for now.
