The last couple of months have been spent researching George Hallett pre-exile
photography practice in 1960s South Africa, visiting the 13th Sharjah Biennial (read the review on Contemporary And) and Reunion Island as part of the Frac (Fonds Régional d'Art Contemporain), which was also an occasion to meet artists across the island and give a talk at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art.
