The texture is nothing
like the
photo either, the
photos look bread
like,
like a muffin, mine look
like petrified peanut
butter balls.
Nothing in the recipe about folding, but if the
butter is cut or rubbed into the flour
like you would for pie dough, it does cause the layer separation you can see a little of in my
photo.
When enlarging the
photo, it looks
like the cheese is to the left of the avocado and the
butter is higher up to the right of the bleu cheese.....
If I were to make it again, I'd up the spices, change canola oil to
butter, and double the frosting recipe (it wasn't enough frosting to make the cake look
like the
photo).
As for the amount of dough, I had enough to cover the peanut
butter balls and they turned out pretty much
like the
photo.
I used the salted
butter in the
photos because I
liked the gold wrapper better than the silver.

photo op, he'd explained) or the dude who left a cookie trail leading from his backyard to his couch because he thought it'd be fun to, you know, film a bear eating cookies while watching TV.
After you mix the protein - and fat - packed Greek yogurt with peanut
butter and cinnamon, assemble layers of yogurt and nicely chopped apple in a jar

photo below.
