on this blog gluten - free, I took a stab at gluten - free
phyllo dough.

Begin layering

phyllo was kind of a mess... got really dried out
on top and then flaked everywhere when you tried to eat it.

phyllo and spray with olive oil and sprinkle the rest of the maple sugar evenly
