As a grownup, I love them in all preparations; raw, shredded over salads, ROASTED, steamed, in soups,
chips and one of my favorites is to
pickle them.

as well have used quicksand instead of flour, marbles instead of chocolate
chips, and
pickle juice instead of oil.
As for our lunches, I love to make deli - style turkey sandwiches with a side of
chips,
pickle, and slices of apples.
Appropriately, bison holds court on the menu, in signature dishes such

pickled pearl onions and a side of asiago toasted sourdough.
