We've been making enchiladas here at least once a week
since my first go at them, and
since then I've turned them red (warning veganmofo - ers,
pictures include optional goat's cheese), topped them with salsa and baked them, spread a layer
of refried beans on the tortillas before adding the filling, and done all sorts
of variations with the random greens and beans in my
house.
And with that,
since I mentioned the cookies I brought to Rika's
house, let me tell you a little more about one
of the varieties, the jam - filled ones

I am so ready to be settled here (I dream

since it needs to be in new condition if we have to give it back.
Since the day we moved into this
house almost 4 years ago, I have always
pictured a beautiful, white kitchen that is the heart
of our home... a place where we gather to bake cookies and do math homework and enjoy Sunday dinners together.

of it, in our kitchen
