I made it in two round glass
pie pans.
I baked the rolls in
pie pans (10 per pan) right next to each other because I like that pull apart aspect I get from doing it like that, but you could certainly separate them and bake them on a sheet tray or in a rectangular pan.
I made this variation of my chocolate walnut pie at the last minute, using a tart pan because all of
my pie pans were full of other pies.
Since I was delivering this to someone who just had surgery, I couldn't use glass ramekins, so I used individual serving aluminum
pie pans.
You could use a 9 × 13 or two 9 - inch
pie pans (this is only for half the dough).
You can even add some fun things to your pumpkin pie playdough, such as pumpkin shaped cookie cutters or even miniature
pie pans!
If you're new to making mini pies, it takes a bit of guestimating to figure out how to portion the dough evenly, but with time you'll become familiar with what works for the size
pie pans you have.
(For folks having trouble with a soggy crust, investing in metal
pie pans is well worth it... thanks to the KAF folks, I've learned that they bake much better than the glass pans I've always used!)
i will say that i took a few liberties with the spice / cheese mix (i used the parmesan but also added some sharp white cheddar, i used the flour and the scallions but since i don't like thyme i just used my penzey's fox point seasoning) and i baked it in my little 7 × 10 ″ ikea glass casserole dish because i don't have any cake /
pie pans.

If you don't have one, you can use two 9 - inch
pie pans and make two smaller cheesecakes.
This recipe makes enough dough for two, 9.5 - inch
pie pans (or crostatas).
Whoopie
pie pans are not something I would normally buy, and have definitely made fun of in the past.
Gently move to
the pie pans and press it down and up the sides.
English muffins rings for burger size buns, and whoopee
pie pans for slider size buns.
