I make mine with bananas,
pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, organic
pumpkin, and a spoonful of almond butter stirred
in at the end.
Which typically leads to me sprinkling
in a bunch of random spices and hoping it resembles
pumpkin pie flavor.
I highly recommend using real
pumpkin puree and saving the
pie filling for a milkshake where it'd be easy to blend
in!

In this recipe, I am using fresh apples and
