tin because I have had a gastric sleeve and can only have small portions - 176 calories and 12 grams of protein per
pie - what a great and filling lunch

You may want to cover the
pie crust carefully with
tin foil
for the last 10 minutes of baking as my
pie crust got brown.
I will try using a metal
pie tin next time I bake it to get a crispier crust on the bottom as I used glass this time and it was a bit too soft
for me.

pie tin, the old American ones, however haven't been able to find one.
Rolled out the dough, cut out circles and placed carefully into muffin
tin and baked to make tart shells
for fruit tarts or mini
pies.

pie weights (or line with
tin foil and fill with rice) and bake
