of rewards adjustments as if their terms and conditions on the card are changing (you know when they send you a special
piece of mail highlighting what adjusts)... unfortunately if they
do provide notice it's probably a line
of tiny text tucked into your billing statement most people never read.
But for some reason I don't understand, retail banking in the USA seems to prefer the 19th - century technology
of sending

mail will get more calls and
do more deals than those that drop 1K.
But like I mentioned my partner lives in NJ and more than half
of the
mailing pieces went to NJ, CT, NY, PA etc. so maybe that can help me, I really don't know... maybe someone can chime in regarding that?!

of touches to the area that includes
mail pieces but don't forget about the personal touch.
