I crusted
some pieces of salmon with NatureBox Everything Bagel Stix — a crunchy snack that seems like it was made just for me and my food obsessions.
All you need to do is drizzle your favorite
pieces of salmon with olive oil, grate a few cloves of garlic (if you cut that corner with ground garlic, I won't tell a soul), spread the garlic over the salmon, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then finish with a piece of fresh dill.
Place the melted butter in a medium sized bowl and coat
each piece of salmon with the butter, then dredge in the parmesan pecan mixture.
Sprinkle the salmon with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and top
each piece of salmon with a rosemary sprig and a lemon slice.
Top
the each piece of salmon with 2 lemon slices, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of wine, and 1 teaspoon of capers.

of shredded brussels sprouts), slice some green onions, a little red bell pepper for color, toss in some chopped peanuts, top

Cook's Tip: Make this salad your own by changing up the potatoes to little red ones, or using white kidney beans in place
