The secret to achieving this crispiness is cornstarch, which is dusted underneath the

Infinitely Small Disasters, Darina Karpov's second show with
Pierogi, expands
on the technical ambition and scale of her last exhibition there just 16 months ago.
Deitch, Taxter & Spengemann, and
Pierogi have all expanded, while Sperone Westwater has hired one of the world's leading architects to design a sliver building
on the Bowery.
