There is nothing like cozy - ing up a room with lots of
pillows and blankets during the winter.

To keep infants
and children comfortable
during travel, we recommend bringing small comfort items in your carry - on bag, such as small snacks, a security
blanket, a favorite
pillow, small toys, coloring books
and crayons
and small electronic devices.
During the first few weeks, I used to set the alarm for every three hours, then take my Moses Basket filled with
pillows,
blankets, my safety pin (to remind me where I had nursed last),
and the notebook where I wrote down every detail of how long my son nursed for.

Days at the retreat are spent sitting inside a giant meditation hall, totally barren except for the ground, which is scattered with
