You may soak
sliced apple
in apple juice,
pineapple juice — or even plain old water, if you're stuck!
For a third of the calories and a lot more nutrients, blend a handful of ice with  1/4 cup each 100 %
pineapple juice, coconut milk (the kind
in the dairy case), and
sliced banana.
