I touched on the comparison in the post itself,
as pineapple vinegar does have some of the same digestive boosting properties.
Drink one teaspoon of
pineapple vinegar in water daily (or thirty minutes before meals) for the digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits or you can also use it instead of other types of vinegar in salad dressings or other recipes (try this Chilli - Lime Corn Relish and an Anti-inflammatory Kiwi Juice Tonic!).
Pineapple is rich in bromelain, well known for it's anti-inflammatory actions and protein digestion - promoting effects and when fermented as
pineapple vinegar adds a wallop of probiotic superpowers too.
A great idea for salad dressing,
pineapple vinegar appears to have liver - protecting benefits, restoring antioxidants that had been depleted by acetaminophen.
Don't stress if you haven't got
any pineapple vinegar on hand either, I've got you covered!
In case you're wondering,
pineapple vinegar is as amazing as it sounds — a fruity, sweet and sour vinegar made from the flesh and rind of ripe pineapples.
It should be no surprise that
pineapple vinegar has all of the same fantastic health benefits of eating fresh pineapple, after all it's made from pineapple flesh (and rind).
Theis light cover will also keep bugs out —
my pineapple vinegar ferment tends to draw ants... ick!
I'm wanting to try
this pineapple vinegar.
You may have heard of apple cider vinegar, but
pineapple vinegar?
