On your way back to your towel or lounge chair, you'll likely see some small sea shells spread
out amongst the
pink and white
sand.
This
pink clay can be traced back to 400 million years old red
sand stones at Svalbard, and was carried
out to sea by melt water from the ice sheet.
(We went with a nice Benjamin Moore grey for most of the main living area, Wedgewood grey (which came
out REALLY blue) for our bedroom, and the kids rooms are done up in
pink and white for the girl, and blue and
sand for the dude.)
