pin their recipes in social media, but it never occurred to me to take their recipes and scale it down for you in this space.

For all your
recipes, do you think I could crush the nuts by hand (
in a cloth with a rolling
pin) to grind the nuts, or do they need to be a fine powder?

pinning for next time I draw a blank
in the kitchen.
Often times I buy a rotisserie chicken to use
in this dish, but since I tend to use shredded chicken
in a lot of my
recipes, I think I am going to start buying my chicken
in larger packages and using this handy little time saving trick I saw over at The
Pinning Mama for shredding my chicken, and then freeze dinner size portions to pull out as I need it.
I'll be
pinning grill
recipes like crazy
in the meantime!

What I do is this... I try to keep my personal tastes and values at the forefront of my mind while browsing (e.g., I'm a dietitian, so even if something looks super awesome
in the picture, if it's deep - fried and uses 2 cups of butter, I try to give it a pass)... I also keep lots of different boards, so that I can keep all the stuff I
pin well - organized (e.g., I don't have a «Dessert» board — I have a «Cookie» board, a «Biscotti» board, a «Cake» board, etc.)... and finally — when something truly catches my eye on Pinterest, I print the
recipe out right off and try it as soon as possible — within the next few days, if I can!

pins, it was easy enough to find the
recipe, and reassure myself that all was going to go well
in bananaland.

in the midst of rotting bananas, someone

recipe for banana bread made with cream cheese.
Sweet potatoes are a favorite
in my family and I am going to make these for Christmas, tweaking them to our tastes just a wee bit... I'll

Probably due to the sheer number of ingredients (some boasting more than 20), or simply the fact that it's one of the country's most destinguished meals, the mole
recipes are so different, some varying drastically
in the main ingredients and quantities, that it's impossible to
pin - point what a true mole is.
