If you don't have
that piping tip, just spread the frosting on the cupcakes!
Pipe onto cooled cupcakes using a grass
piping tip, if available.

The round
piping tip is good for creating a dam of frosting around the edge of the cake when using a filling.
Piping Tips: For basic cake decorating, I recommend at a minimum having these two tips: a large open round
piping tip, and a large open star
piping tip.
Most
piping tip sets (like the one I mentioned above) will come with one or two.
Spread a thin layer of frosting on top of the cake, then pipe a dam of peanut butter frosting around the edge of the cake layer using a pastry bag fitted with a large round
piping tip.
Any small round
piping tip will work for the spiderwebs; I have a link to the one I used in the notes section of the recipe if you want to see a photo.
What
piping tip did you use to make the frosting look so gray in your picture?
I think that on the original airplane I used an even smaller
piping tip to cut the circles for the windows.
Using a fork or
a piping tip as a template, garnish with Biscoff Cookie crumbs, if desired.
