I remember a few years ago when the cauliflower
pizza crust went viral, and I still see variations on this genius invention.
First, here's how
my pizza crust went... I started with the easiest recipe I could find and scaled it down a little because I didn't have quite enough starter to spare.

Anyway, the
pizzas at Colony are what's known as «bar style» — incredibly thin
crust, bordering on cracker - like, basically individually sized, with hearty toppings like pepperoni, hot peppers, or anchovies that
go all the way out to the edge (very little
