Put the chicken pieces on a clean baking sheet and
place in the warm oven while you cook the second batch.
Then cover loosely with a clean towel, and
place in the warmed oven to rise.
Remove wontons to a heatproof platter and
place in the warm oven.

I let it rise

warm place so it more than doubled
in volume, but it didn't rise much more

To reheat them,
