Place 1-1/3 cups
of the Scottish oatmeal in a bowl with flour,

After cooking up the first batch, I remembered an old donut - making trick from eons ago: You
place the warm donuts with 1 - 2 tablespoons
of powdered sweetener (like Swerve) in a paper bag and closing it, gently tilt it back and forth to cover the donuts in
sugar.
This Morlife website was also the only
place i found pure 100 % monk fruit
powder (beware as some are mixed with fruit
sugars, price is a good indication
of that) It has more antioxidants and health properties than Stevia / Agave / Maple but...
It can be found in both syrup and
powder form and has a mild, sweet flavor that is often used in
place of sugar.
Substitute an equal amount
of inulin
powder in
place of sugar in recipes for a double dose
of fiber and flavor.
Protein
