Can we use sand
in place of salt in the cooker base before putting the cake container in cooker for baking?
The only thing I changed was that in
place of the salt I added some anchovy paste and also a pinch of sugar.
Used cashew yogury, added fresh minced garlic, a few shots of coconut aminos and 1/2 tsp of miso in
place of salt, added a dash of garam masala, and some fresh, diced medjool dates!
The recipe is perfect as is, but if you want variety, I found it is also delicious with carrots in place of broccoli, and using cajun or jerk seasoning to rub into the chicken breasts before browning, in
place of salt and pepper.
Or go a slightly Asian route and use gluten - free soy sauce or tamari in

If you can find it, use in

You can purchased Dried Tuna Roe and use it as a condiment to sprinkle on dishes in
place of salt.
Purchase a shaker of dulse and / or kelp flakes and sprinkle on your food in
place of salt (sea vegetables have a naturally salty flavour)
Consume fish at least twice a week, limit red meat, use fresh herbs and spices in
place of salt, consume healthy fats like olive oil, and incorporate red wine in moderation, if you wish.
To increase iodine intake, kelp flakes can be used in
place of salt, while other forms of seaweed can be used for flavoring foods.
