I love using cashew flour since I have a mild allergy / sensitivity to almonds, but almond flour could also be used in
place of the cashew flour -LRB-:
She added oats (ours are not verified gluten - free, but if you have Celiac disease be sure to buy a brand that is), coconut milk in place of almond milk, Sunbutter in
place of cashew butter, cinnamon, organic honey, and vanilla extract.
I've used sunflower seeds in some recipes in
place of cashews (which works pretty well) but I haven't found a suitable almond sub cause they have such a yummy, unique taste
I also tried macadamia nuts in
place of the cashews.

I would perhaps try subbing 1/4 cup coconut butter or sometimes called coconut manna (different from coconut oil) in
place of the cashews.
You could soak blanched almonds for 8 hours (24 would be best) and use them in
place of the cashews.
Use walnuts... skip the chocolate and throw some toffee pieces in instead... or use coconut shavings in
place of the cashews (yum!).
If you're nut - free, you can use chickpeas in
place of the cashews.
I've also made this recipe using chickpeas in
place of the cashews and it was just as delicious!

I think blanched almonds (whole, slivered, or sliced) would work in
place of cashews.

Only adjustment was out of necessity: used sunflower seeds and hulled hemp hearts in
place of the cashews to make a cream.
You can try using melted coconut butter / manna (not oil) and melted cacao butter in
place of cashews.

i wonder, so long as i kept the viscosity / thickness of the cheese mixture close to that your recipe, could it be possible for me to use butter beans in
place of the cashews?
If so, you could also try adding a tablespoon or so of tahini in
the place of the cashews.
I was going to get on here and tell you I am SO going to make these and ask you about subbing in Sunbutter in
place of cashew butter but I see someone has already tried that and I am glad it worked.
