I used Seville oranges in
place of limes.
When I find some, I think amchoor powder would be tasty in
place of lime (or in my case lemon.)

Monday 12/2/13: Simple Grilled Citrus Chicken (
place boneless chicken w / skin in a large bowl with 3 tablespoons olive oil, equal parts (1
of each citrus) fresh squeezed lemon juice,
lime juice, + grapefruit juice.
Assemble burgers by
placing one patty on each bun, topping it with about 1 tbsp
of chipotle
lime mayo, and equal amounts
of caramelized onions.
In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, white wine vinegar,
lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary (or 1 sprig
of rosemary leaves), 2 pinches dried thyme, 2 pinches dried sage, 4 - 5 cloves
of garlic (
place the garlic pod on a clean surface,
place the blade
of a knife over it and hit the blade with the heel

I eat avocados straight out
of their skins with a little pink salt and
lime, make guacamole with them, use them in salads and «bowls», use them in dressings in
place of mayo to give LOTS
of creamy richness, I make avocado pudding pretty regularly, and I even bake with them now!
Ready to serve from here, or you can crisp up by
placing meat on a baking sheet and squeezing the juice
of one
