Why couldn't you use pure vanilla extract instead of vanilla bean powder and stevia for sweetener in
place of maple syrup if you are whole 30?

place of maple syrup on pancakes, waffles, crepes, or French toast.
I subbed out the oat flour for all purpose and dropped it down to 2 cups, I used agave nectar in
place of maple syrup, I used safflower oil in place of applesauce (though next time, I'll use applesauce to make them healthier), and used the flaxseed egg technique in place of eggs.
You can also use it in any recipe in
place of maple syrup.

you might get good flavor by adding a bit of maple extract and some other sweetener if you want that extra sweetness (stevia, xylitol, etc...) in

I substituted pumpkin puree for the apple sauce, used pumpkin pie spice in place of chai spice and used coconut / almond butter in place of coconut butter also used 1/3 cup of brown sugar in
place of the maple syrup and my add in's were sugar free chocolate chips, shredded unsweetened coconut and pumpkin seeds.

place of maple syrup and put some brewed coffee in the batter.

The second time I made these using only date paste in
place of the maple syrup and I did add one egg to the mixture.
