of purchased alfredo sauce, sliced mushrooms sauteed with fresh thyme, caramelized sliced
onions, spinach sauteed with garlic and top off with some crispy cooked, crumbled bacon (cook the mushrooms in some
of the bacon fat)....
Place chickpeas, panko,
onion, garlic, flaxseed, parsley, cumin, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, soy sauce and lemon into the bowl
of a food processor.
Once brats are browned,
place brats on top
of onions in pan, then pour beer over the top.

In case your pantry is as poorly stocked as mine & you are wondering: I used just one can
of beans (used slightly more pumpkin to make up lost volume), rice wine vinegar in
place of sherry vinegar, white wine in
place of dry sherry, no ham, no shallot (extra
onion added), and tomato sauce instead
of canned whole!
Place chicken legs, juiced pieces
of fruit, and quartered
onions in large plastic bags or bowl.
Place about a half tablespoon
of the
onions and one cube
of cheese in the center
of the patty and wrap the meatball around the
onions and cheese, sealing as best you can.
Make the Vegan Ricotta Florentine:
Place onion, garlic, cashews, milk and lemon juice into bowl
of food processor.
For Broccoli Cheese cups:
place equal amounts
of broccoli and red
onion in 4 cups and top with shredded cheese.

of waiting time, bake in pre-heated oven at 180 — 200 deg cel for around 20 to 25 minutes (or until the crust is golden brown)
Place 2 sweet potato rounds (brushing with more miso dijon), pickles, sprouts, and pickled red
onions on half
of the sandwich, close it up, and enjoy!
