The green beans and red peppers in my version are fairly traditional, but you'd normally find white potato
in place of the sweet potato if you got this in a restaurant.
I adjusted the recipe to use butternut squash
in place of sweet potato, leek in place of onion and seeds in place of kidney beans.
Is there something to substitute in

I wrote a pumpkin spice latte ice cream recently and I've tried pumpkin in my chocolate ice cream (in
place of the sweet potato) and it works amazing!
Modifications (because store didn't have everything) included shrimp in place of chicken, green curry paste instead of yellow and butternut squash (bc it was precut and ready to go) in
place of sweet potato.
I imagine this recipe could easily be turned into carrot cake flavor, with the simple substitution for shredded carrots in
place of the sweet potato, and raisins for the blueberries.
On occassion, we use brown rice in
