You can even use leaves in

You can either use an unfried
tortilla to wrap a hot dog and a piece
of meltable cheese,
place everything in a pan and pop it in the oven
for several minutes, or you can fry the
tortilla and then roll everything else up in it.
I've used oil in
place of shortening / lard and whole wheat flour instead
of white because I love the flavour
