In
place of the vanilla extract, add 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
In
place of the vanilla extract, add 1 teaspoon ground cardamom and 1 teaspoon pure almond extract.
Tip: You can use 100 % vanilla bean powder in
place of vanilla extract.
If you can track that down in a local store, I would suggest using that in
