Arrange the marshmallows and remaining chocolate chips over the top of the brownies then
place under the broiler for about 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are melted and golden brown.
If after 25 minutes the rolls are not browning but the edges are crispy,
place under a broiler on low heat for a minute or two, keeping a very close eye so that they don't burn.
Once completely cool (you can speed up the process by putting them in the fridge for a bit), lightly sprinkle brown sugar on the tops of the ramekins and then
place under the broiler in the oven watching carefully until sugar caramelizes on the top.
This is accomplished by placing the raw spices in a dry skillet on top of the stove, in a dry electric frying pan, or on a baking
sheet placed under the broiler or in the oven.
I topped these Gluten Free Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash Boats with a mix of Mozzarella and shredded Parmesan, and
placed it under the broiler for about 5 minutes.

Just before serving,
place under broiler, and cook until crust is lightly browned.
If you don't have a torch, you can
place under a broiler briefly (not too close to the heat source) until it starts to colour.
I heated it in a slow oven for that time and
placed it under the broiler.
If you decide to make yours into «wings», coat them in your favorite BBQ sauce and
place under the broiler until the sauce begins to bubble or slightly brown — in this case, you will definitely want to use oil or parchment paper!
Sprinkle with cheese and
place under the broiler, watching closely, until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Place under the broiler for 3 - 4 minutes for a crisp, golden - brown crust.
If the wings are cooked, but not browned,
