As I often try to give my children energy
balls too, I use Wowbutter (nut - free, made from roasted soya but tastes exactly like peanut
butter) and sunflower seeds in
place of peanuts.
Grease a large piece of waxed paper and
place the mixture, let cool for 30 minutes, grease your hands with
butter and form the
balls.
Dip or dab the
ball with the melted
butter mixture and
place the biscuit into the bundt pan, seam side up.

place your power
balls into the fridge whilst you melt your cacao
butter and cacao paste over a low heat in a bain marie.
Working with 1 at a time, dip
balls into melted
butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar and
place in pie plate.

You can do this by
placing the peanut
butter balls in the refrigerator for several hours, or even overnight.
Roll each piece into a smooth, taut

buttered KitchenAid ® Professional - Grade Nonstick 9x13x2 Cake Pan.
