Sleep sacks give you the best of both worlds: a blanket - like cover for your baby that stays
in place all night long!
The babies can not kick off the
sleep sacks unlike they do with blankets and hence, they would not get cold as the covering would stay
in its
place all the time.
We follow the same routine every night: dim lights, put on PJ's and
sleep sack, read one bedtime story, say prayers, turn off light, one lullaby while slowly rocking on ball, followed by one lullaby while walking the room (if needed), baby
placed in bed while still awake (barely so).
