placed on surfboard benches that tell the story of how the city's big waves influenced surfing from 1937 to the 1950s.

I mean it's actually a real challenge that we face and something we're working
on how to not feel like we're big brother just breathing down everyone's neck from afar but to also make sure that they have the structure they need and that they understand this isn't a
place where it's a lifestyle
