I've been getting a little tired of just
plain almond butter every day and this is all I've been needing in my life.
If you don't have the essence,

I made this with
unsweetened plain almond milk and 1 tsp of vanilla extract since I misread the ingredient but otherwise it turned out beautiful and I could not believe it, my chia pudding actually set overnight!

I used maple syrup (as I ran out of honey), used Grapeseed oil instead of coconut oil, didn't have
any plain Almond Breeze, but did have Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze and I figure, it was just adding to the chocolate flavour anyway.

plain almond milk?
For the sauce, I used 1 whole avocado, 1/3 cup nooch, 1/3 cup
plain almond milk, 1 large fist of greens, and a pinch of salt.
I always use unsweetened
plain almond milk and add the sugar and flavoring myself according to the recipe.
1/2 cup smoked almonds (feel free to use
plain almonds — or any nut really — if you prefer not to have a smoky taste)
