We enjoyed this
bread plain while it was still warm from the oven, dipped in tomato soup, and alongside
baked ziti with some garlic butter.

It turned out to be a really pretty loaf once it was
baked and it was very easy to make using my Kitchen Aid:) This
bread is super tasty
plain and now I'm about to use it for my turkey sandwich!

Bake gluten & dairy free
bread (3 loaves — 2
plain, one cinnamon swirl.
FOR THE
BREAD 1 cup all - purpose flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon

baking soda 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or go up to a tablespoon if you really want it spiced) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 very ripe medium banana, mashed with a fork 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup
plain nonfat Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/4 cup canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Sundried Tomato and Cheese Soda
bread I used 180g white
plain flour (all I had left after
baking 2 other Soda

1 c of Quinoa Flour (you can use another other type of gluten free flour that you have on hand) 1 c of Teff flour 3/4 c of sugar 3/4 tsp of
baking soda 1/2 tsp of salt 3 tsp of ground cinnamon 4 overripe bananas 1/4 c of Chobani non fat
plain yogurt (you can use 2 % as well) 2 eggs 6 tbl of melted I can't believe it's not butter (or regular butter) 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract Optional: Top the
bread with your favorite nut (I used about 1/3 c)
crispy pesto
baked zucchini Ingredients about 4 cups thinly sliced yellow & zucchini squash 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion 1/2 cup pesto 1/2 cup
plain canned tomato sauce 1/3 cup panko
bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese drizzle of olive oil pesto: Instructions Notes.
Eat your
baked falafel in a salad, as a sandwich in pita
bread, or just
plain as a healthy snack.
I'm often too lazy to make the Paleo hamburger buns, so I'll just eat it out of the bowl
plain with veggies or on a
baked sweet potato and let my children use some whole wheat
bread to eat with them.
Bake fish

breaded and offer with steamed veggies for a healthy meal.

When
plain millet flour is used for
baking bread (as opposed to homemade gluten free flour or a healthy gluten free flour mix from the store), the resulting loaf is light, white, and quite similar in texture to wheat
bread.
I had better step carefully here because it would sound self - serving — I am, after all, in the biz of managing OPM (other people's money)-- but I'll say it
plain: Just as you occasionally can
bake your own
bread for fun but would not think of doing it on a regular basis (not if you want to have time for work), so you should not think of investing all your funds yourself.
