for some reason just
plain chocolate filling was a little boring.

chocolate and peanut butter one is over the top!

I subbed in the coconut oil for the almond butter (just what I had on hand) and I
filled half of mine with the
chocolate chips and the other half I left
plain and topped with sugar (stevia) and cinnamon.

I
filled the cake with nutella ganache, which is just a dark
chocolate ganache with added nutella, I did this rather than just using
plain nutella as I wanted a slightly deeper
chocolate flavour, the ganache is also slightly firmer and more stable (and tastes amazing), you can just use
plain nutella if you prefer though.
Instead of using
plain chocolate I tried out Green & Blacks new dark salted caramel
chocolate to add a bit of decadence to the
chocolate cups — the burst of salted caramel works perfectly with the sweet pumpkin
filling.
You can
fill them with
chocolate, jam, or leave them
plain.

chocolate at 11 p.m. because you've been «eating clean» all day.
