Enhance the taste of
plain oatmeal with a variety of nutritious ingredients and your child will likely request a bowl every morning.
I add a good handful of frozen berries to my single serving packet with a half cup water,
plain oatmeal with a squirt of sugar - free syrup and cinnamon for diabetes pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes stir and add a splash of milk and it's like having dessert
Another breakfast favorite is 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt and a serving of my Simple Homemade Granola, topped with a few blueberries and raspberries, or
plain oatmeal with a couple of scrambled egg whites on top, 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt — don't knock it» till you try it!
I do two cups of coffee with a little bit of raw sugar and soy creamer, and then I do a bowl of
plain oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries.

with me from Germany (they look like acorns, though), almonds, pistachios, and bee pollen (a new ingredient in my kitchen).

with sugar aren't as healthy as
plain, unprocessed
oatmeal.
Plain oatmeal, whether instant or the hearty kind that takes a bit longer to cook, can be dressed up
with fruit, nuts, maple syrup, etc..
So instead of reaching for a
plain bagel, a bowl of sugary cereal, or a piece of white toast — all simple carbs — try a smoothie made
with fruit and yogurt, a bowl of
oatmeal or whole grain cereal, or scrambled eggs on whole wheat toast.
Nut butters are an excellent choice — mix them
with oatmeal, slather them on bagels and toast, add them to smoothies or eat them
plain.
Because I do this everyday, will maintaining my current carbohydrate level be okay (I eat cereal or

with lunch, and a

with witch hazel after I washed my face and splashed the chin area
with peroxide and omg they were gone in about a week I also bought Mario badescu face cleanser and incorporated it in my nightly routine and stopped the witch hazel because they both have similar ingredients and now I found the solution and the dark spots are gone due to the peroxide it works as a bleaching

Force yourself to «eat clean» 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

oatmeal and it's a virtual guarantee that you'll eventually feel bored and frustrated
with your diet, which could very easily cause you to fall off track or even quit altogether.
