I love all those goodies made with oatmeal, but I love
plain old oatmeal with a little fruit or a few raisins, too!
After eating
plain old oatmeal every day for weeks on end, one does tend to get a little sick and tired of it.
I so wish I was having a tall stack of these gorgeous pancakes for breakfast this morning instead of

Part of the reason I never liked these cookies was because I didn't start to like
oatmeal until I was
older, and I still don't like raisins in anything (although I will eat them
plain).
I can't just make
plain old peanut butter cookies, I need to make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, chia seed peanut butter
oatmeal cookies or peanut butter pretzel chocolate chip cookies.
