Personally, I use the
organic plain Stoneyfield Greek
yogurt for my starter.
Instead of the typical cereal in the morning (that's slowly killing you and making you fatter), try a bowl of
plain greek full - fat
organic yogurt (which is loaded with healthy gut probiotics, healthy fats, AND protein) and add in a handful of fresh,
organic berries (or frozen wild blueberries), a handful of nuts such as either almonds or pecans (more healthy fats), and a little stevia or vanilla protein
for a little added sweetness if you need it.
Just make sure to look
for plain yogurt with «live and active» cultures from a trusted,
organic source.
Finally, I topped off this tasty shake with a nice big dollop of some
plain coconut
yogurt (vanilla soy
yogurt also works really well), some Navitas
Organics cacao nibs, and then I popped the glass in the freezer
for 20 minutes to let the shake get all nice and thick and slightly frozen.
