plain milk for an easy
protein packed beverage.
Overall I really like the good hemp fit
shake, although I would probably go for just their
plain protein powder next time rather than flavoured.

shake) 1 You can not taste the cottage cheese at all, it makes for a creamy
protein packed
shake!
As a supplement, add nutritious stevia to water, tea, coffee, milk, sparkling water,
protein shakes,
plain yogurt or anything else you can imagine.
Blend your
protein powder with whole foods, such as fresh or frozen fruit and
plain yogurt, or drink your
shakes with a meal so you're getting some fiber with them as well.
It dissolves easily in fluids and can be mixed with
plain water or even with your juice or other
protein shakes you might have as a part of your diet routine.
Pretty much everything I said about
protein shakes above can be applied to
plain old milk as well.
