Breakfast: 1 cup soaked, cooked rolled oats with 2 tablespoons raw honey, 1/2 cup pecans, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 1/2
cup plain whole milk yogurt.
-- same as above except with a thin rice cake — thin rice cake spread with cream cheese or laughing cow and smoked salmon —
Plain whole milk yogurt with fresh fruit and a tad of raw local honey or with some low sugar jam mixed in.
By sheer mistake (grabbed the wrong container from the refrigerator and didn't realize my mistake until the crust was in the oven) I substituted
plain whole milk yogurt for sour cream.
I

I heard you should wait to introduce cow milk but my baby loves yogurt, so I feed
her some plain whole milk yogurt with pureed fruit for a treat.
