planked wall too much, I used Command Strips to stick»em to the wall.

those plank walls too... they definitely add character!

And, remember, the winning color will only be on a couple small
walls (the rest of the room will be clad in white - painted wood
planks)- so not only will the bed & bedding not be touching whichever
wall color wins, it will be on the opposite side of the room from it
too!
Well, as of today, we've got
planks on one side of the new partition

we have just built our house & we're almost at second fix carpentry stage and i had originally planned on a salvaged brick
wall but i have that in our dining room and it was workin out
too expensive, so then i thought vertical
planks but i much rather the horizontal
planks now since seeing them on your blog - thank you for the wonderful inspiration.
The rustic wood would be fine if they love, but although I LOVE alot of
planking, the ceiling is
too much for me with that
wall.

With the ceiling and
walls painted in the same shade of Benjamin Moore Simply White (it's a nice warmer white), the
planks could wrap the the character around the room without the distraction of
too many obvious or contrasting design or paint color changes.
I convinced the hubby to put
planked walls on a
wall in our basement but now he says I can't have them anywhere else because it would be «
too much».
Oh, and I like that the refrigerator is going to be blocked by that one chunk of
wall when it gets
planked (in March / April),
too.
If I went with real
plank walls could they be a «soft» colour
too?
We have wood
planks,
too, but on the
walls we used the hardiplank for durability.
Oh, and we've decided that we will
plank the
wall on the far left one day,
too, since everything else is so symmetrical.

too cheap to spend over $ 100 and anything under that I can buy myself) so I said, «Hubby, all I want for Christmas if for you to help me with some home projects» and more specifically the wood
planked walls in the girls room.
I dig typography and all things monogrammed, gray, painted furniture, pops of bright color, plaid, photography, white, clean lines, old cameras, black, topiaries, gingham, bold graphics, red, wreaths, chevron, orbs, paisley, natural fiber rugs, green, board and batten, mercury glass, stripes, wooden
plank walls / ceilings, buffalo check, and ceramic animals (that don't look
too realistic)-- I could ramble on for a while...
It looks great with the
planked walls,
too.
(I
too have a love affair with white
planks on the
wall!).
Ever since
planking our ceilings in the hallway and master bedroom, I've been dying to try a few
walls around the house
too.
