I just started following you on Instagram and even though I'm not vegan or full blown vegetarian, I do limit my consumption of meat products and I like to eat mostly
a plant based diet so I'm happy to follow you and get ideas of how to change up my veggie dishes.
When we live our lives for other's expectations, it is a miserable one, not to mention the karma.I hope your children were not affected by a partner who needed to have education about the benefits of
a plant based diet so he wouldn't threaten you with adding poison to your diet.

I am trying to eat a lower fat
plant based diet so I omitted the olive oil and just lightly sprayed my pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Much better is to treat and reverse the actual disease and restore normal insulin functioning through a low fat
plant based diet so that you don't have to worry about the symptoms of the disease.
I eat
a plant based diet so I will try it without the yogurt.

so my Mum has to cook for me (she's incredible and is gradually coming round to a
plant based diet, again your newest book is helping with this) but she hates pomegranates
so I was wondering if there's anything she could use instead?

I think some of the constipation issues aren't
so much a concern if you have a
plant based diet.
I personally find this to be amazing as I try to follow a dairy free
diet, but it's hard to do without any cheese — but with the vegan cheese it's
so much easier since I can fulfill all my cheese cravings with a

I promised you guys to share my experiences with you,
so: how did I survive a 100 %
plant based diet for seven days straight?
I could attribute these improvements to a few lifestyle changes, but none more
so than changing to a
plant based diet.
I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I absolutely enjoy eating meatless meals on a regular
basis, not only because it's a great way to help enforce a more
plant -
based diet, but also because there are
so many delicious vegetarian recipes that keep things interesting!
I find since I've started to eat a
plant -
based diet I'm
so much more motivated and confident to try new things in the kitchen.
I also loved reading how
so many have found freedom from IBS, leaky gut syndrome, weight gain, fatigue from following a
plant based diet.
Ok,
so you have decided to go
Plant Based and adopt a vegan
diet!
My
diet is still 90 %
plant -
based so you can bet your ass the recipes on here will be, too.
That's why it's
SO important to eat a
plant based diet!
Since I switch to a
plant base diet, I have tried a dozen or
so of those vegan crepes / pancake recipes and they all have this muchy gooey undercooked inside including this one.
Perhaps if one consumes lots of oil containing high levels of omega 6 this information would be beneficial to switch, but for those who have adequate omega 6:3 ratios, that being 4:1 on a low fat, whole foods, oil free
plant based diet would find that their ratios would be in check
so there would be no need for adding coconut oil.
I am inclined to avoid it, which isn't
so hard for someone committed to a wholefood
plant based diet anyway... but I was after some sound research to share with my naturopath in case she says something to the effect that «there is nothing wrong with it and is no problem in the amount found in the supplement.»
I don't eat animal products but do consume whole
plant food powder in smoothies and I haven't given much thought about them adding even more protein to my
plant based diet...
so I will be discontinuing them (thanks to you mentioning it)!!
So, it is my contention that a
plant based diet will help almost anyone by eliminating a whole spectrum of pro inflammatory factors.
Obviously one of the main points of this is to adopt (even) more of a
plant -
based diet,
so I don't plan to exist on Pot Noodles and Pringles, but it's good to know I could grab a Bournville from the garage if the urge for chocolate takes over (UPDATE: I actually checked my local garage yesterday and they don't even sell it... WTF Nightingales?
Fast forward six or
so years and here I stand, proud as ever to eat a primarily
plant -
based diet that consists of

so many ways to incorporate healthy,

based foods into your
diet no matter HOW you choose to eat or what you fill your plate with.

so much product development news has focused on allergens, intolerance and
plant -
based diets, the dairy industry and its many categories are addressing key trends.

diet is
plant based so I used agave nectar instead of honey.
I'm
so excited to find another
plant -
based blog now that I've cut dairy from my
diet (my tummy decided we didn't like it anymore).
i can really tell when i drink kombucha that my body gets a bio shock, which isn't a comforting idea,
so i hope to incorporate more
plant -
based probiotics into my
diet.
I eat a heavy
plant based diet,
so you will see a lot of vegetarian recipes on this site, but I do enjoy chicken, fish, seafood and burgers on occasion.
Kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils and black beans are all great sources of
plant -
based protein — as well as iron and fibre, among other things —
so it's integral that vegos incorporate them into their daily
diet.
