I don't normally use the weight loss platform to teach
about Plant Based Eating but it is one of the incredible benefits to eating this way.
If you're completely new to the idea
of plant based eating, have no idea of how it works or where to start, then this is the book for you.
That is one of the reasons
why plant based eating and particularly raw vegan eating feels like a blessing to me.
I do my best to advocate for whole
foods plant based eating that is a combination of raw, cooked and minimally processed foods.
I much prefer the plant sources now I am
into plant based eating and it is also way more important to eat these foods if you don't eat dairy products.

I have been transitioning over to
more plant based eating trying to follow Dr. Fuhrman, Dr. McDougall I have watched Knives over Forks, Food Matters and just recently Fat, Sick and near death — all these dvds have been very motivating to get myself on right track towards eating healthier.
I am starting with 3 meals a week for hubby and step - daughter and hopefully within a couple of months we will be
totally plant base eating!!!

plant based eating trend is so big, it means there are many junk foods available from supermarkets in vegan versions all waiting to tempt you.

I have studied in depth plant based nutrition, and some of these studies were from athletes themselves who had found that they were experiencing their best ever endurance and faster times
with plant based eating.
Plant based eating is becoming a lot more mainstream so we can probably expect to see a growing number of vegan menu options on cruises and in landlocked restaurants as time goes by.

plant based eating.
You don't absolutely need these on
your plant based eating plan, but they do give you an extra edge in terms of energy, glowing skin, and anti aging due to high levels of antioxidants.
Low fat whole foods
plant based eating will maintain perfectly healthy body fat percentages.
But don't blame
