Last week, I attempted to recreate two family holiday
recipes and instead of just making them healthier
plant based versions of the traditional, I went so far
into the healthy stratosphere that they both came out bland, boring, and just not good.
With a meat eating husband and 2 kids, my Vegan
recipes are Omni family tested, and are truly for anyone who wants to add more
plant based foods
into their lives.
Omitting it will reduce the protein content by about 4 grams per serving, unless you substitute about 80 grams of whey, casein, or
plant -
based protein
into the
recipe (40 grams per layer).
My
recipes are intended for everyone to enjoy; whether you're entirely

However, our approach to food is definitely
