wants the
plant taken offline.

operators want to keep burning coal, when New York is so close to phasing out all of its coal

plants lots of CO2, because it's
plant food, and all the water the
plants want.
Doing so is perfectly understandable: why try to keep a nuclear
plant open that its
operator plainly no longer
wants?
