I avoid any processed food or anything with additives, it's really important to eat as natural as possible, filling your plate up with colourful veggies and
plantbased proteins.
I definitely think it's possible to lose weight on
a plantbased diet and I would say eat sweet treats in moderation like anything!
It took about 18 months on
a plantbased diet for me to then be able to come off all my medication, although this wasn't always an uphill journey.

plantbased.
It took me about 3 months on
a plantbased diet to notice improvements to my health and then about 18 months in total for me to be able to come off all my medication.
There are also lots of people out there (like myself) that don't call themselves vegan but they adopt
a plantbased lifestyle either all the time or 90 % of the times and I firmly believe that this diet approach will become more and more popular in the years to come.
