plates under the cake dome, If your cake needs to be kept in the fridge, the plates are already there and kept clean for use, and I know I have seen it before but seeing it now it just hit me what a great idea it is, Thank you, also your kitchen is beautiful.

Place a
plate or some parchment paper
under the
cake that is still on the cooling rack to catch the ganache drips.
