really want to focus on Xhaka, this guy is useless and Wenger LOVES HIM, I'm so tired of seeing him on the starting 11, he should be benched immediately and change the system to accommodate Auba, Mhki, and Laca I
really like a 4 -1-2-1-2 system but we need that Elneny to
play in beast mode on the CDM
position and when there is 30 minutes left on the game let AMN
play that
position to get him used to
play as a lone CDM, so my preferred 11 for Arsenal right would be............ Not Cech maybe Matt Macey or Ospina 24....6....20....18..........35.

Liverpool — Henderson — Gerrard Real — Modric — Kroos Don't get me wrong, we absolutely need a pure DM for tough matches — but spending 25M + + for extra depth in that

really luxury Vidal is a versatile all around central midfielder — If we

until wenger
really stresses on defending and forgoes this «attack the whole game» policy, arsenal do nt stand a chance to win major honours.also do keep in mind, attacking whole game drains out the players.better to put handbrake on and
play when team has a 2 or 3 goal lead focussing on keeping posession and
positioning... but i guess wenger will always go for the «u score 3, we score 4».

We're NOT linked now with anyone else and that's a worrying thing in itself, I personally
really don't think Walcott is good enough to
play that striker role and I know I'll get roundly «thumbed down» for this but its how I feel about the boy he's good but NOT as good as he thinks he is and it annoys me that theres a possibility that all the toing and froing around his contract may be stopping us from signing a top notch striker (and I DO NT think Martinez is this) I do feel that AW will opt for the cheap and second rate options again and this will also include not buying a striker and putting Walcott in this role, meanwhile all our rivals will be putting strong established players into the
positions where they need to bull up their squads we are not well known for doing this and its not going to happen now, which is infuriating as this is the right time to break that mould and go for it!!

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never
played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming
play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we
really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said
position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then
played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench
playing the same
position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
I believe he is a classy player, that can
really make a difference in the team, PROVIDED HE IS
PLAYED IN THE CAM
position.
While Arsenal do not
really have anything to
play for, Premier League points and
position wise, against West Brom at the Emirates stadium today, Arsene Wenger and the players will be very keen to get back to winning ways ahead of the crucial clash against Aston Villa at Wembley next weekend.
the cheese eating surrender monkey has screwed up again we all know that now so we have to hope to get our real quality players performing to full potential that is ozil sanchez wishere carzola... i am not sure there is a combo with all four and at this moment wilshere and sanchez are the only ones looking pretty decent and as wellbeck needs to be integrated those
positions are settled... i am a big ozil fan and
really believe wenger is failing to get best out of him by
playing him out of
position so cant we
play some kind of diamond with him at the top feeding to a front line of sanchez and wellbeck... for me neither flamini nor arteta add anything to the team so i think
playing to attacking strengths is the only option right now... but its
really a ridiculous state of affairs we have been left in... throwing caution to the wind i would go for
Also Debuchy
played CB
really well the few times he
played in that
position
I
really hope Wenger
plays him at his desired, natural
position — the middle.
Ofcorse it is, the injuries are to be blamed for all Arsenal problems. This year it is the injuries, last year it is the injuries and the year before that it is the injuries. It is
really shame for a club like arsenal to give excuses for their problem on injuries season after season after season.According to the manager, the players and the majority of the fans, the problems has nothing to do with the fact that the club did not strengthened the most problematic area in the team, DM and CBs; it has nothing to do with the fact that players were
played out of
position; and it has nothing to do with the fact that Wenger's tactical inability (for games like Liverpool 5 - 1, Chelsea 6 - 0, City 6 - 3, Everton 3 - 0, Andrelechet 3 - 3, Swansea 2 - 1).
I don't
really blame any of those players at all, first mistake from Wenger was his team selection and secondly wrong players in a wrong
position,, its quite sad with all their mouths and boasting of starting the season strongly and aiming for the league just a waste of energy and wishful thinking, am putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla
played out of
positions, you should know their weaknesses and strength as a coach, why must we pass and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the players will always be looking for the next person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack of a team aiming to win the league.
Plus he never
really played in a
position that maximise what we can get from him except that 1 season.
